11.2. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Briefer AB harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
13.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms.
13.2. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings.

16. Miscellaneous
