Investor briefing
Why this investor is a match
Fjordlight has led two Nordic compute infrastructure rounds in the last 18 months, both at your stage. Kjell Compute sells inference capacity to enterprises out of Stockholm. On stage, geography and sector this is one of the closest fits in the database.
The portfolio repeats one pattern: capital-heavy infrastructure sold to enterprises on long contracts. Two of their last four investments were judged on utilisation rather than installed capacity, which is the argument Cluster 2 already makes for you.
Honest friction. Your two enterprise contracts are most of the new ARR, and Fjordlight put a concentration question to both of those investments in the first meeting. Expect it here, and expect it early.
Timing is the other half of it. The current fund closed 14 months ago and four investments have gone out of it, so they are deploying rather than reserving. Both Nordic compute deals were signed in the quarter after the company published a utilisation figure, which is the shape of your August.
The read: worth approaching now on the strength of the fit, with the concentration answer ready before the first call rather than after it.
