No. They log in with a magic link sent to their email. No passwords, nothing to install. First login takes under a minute.
Can I migrate from spreadsheets or another system?
Yes. During setup we import your existing cap tables, member records, and documents. Whether you're coming from spreadsheets, a fund administrator, or another portal, you don't start from scratch.
How is data stored and who can see it?
Encrypted end-to-end and strictly siloed per entity. Access is scoped per vehicle: network admins, per-vehicle admins, members, and auditors each get their own view. Nothing is ever used to train an AI model. Read the security details.
